3. Quotations and Estimates

All quotes provided by Complex Carpentry are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance. Quotations are based on the information provided by the client and may be subject to change if the project scope alters significantly. All quotes are subject to final agreement and written confirmation from both parties.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for services rendered are due as follows:

– The invoice balance must be settled within 1 week of it being issued.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients have the right to cancel their service agreement with Complex Carpentry.

If you need to cancel work that you have commissioned Complex Carpentry to undertake, please do so at your earliest possible convenience to allow us time to re-schedule or re-book further work.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their project needs and ensuring that the work area is accessible and prepared for the scheduled work. Any changes to the project specifications must be communicated promptly to avoid delays or additional costs.

7. Warranties and Liability

Complex Carpentry stands behind the quality of its workmanship. All bespoke items crafted by Complex Carpentry come with a one-year warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or natural wear and tear.

While I strive to provide high-quality services, Complex Carpentry cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services rendered.

8. Public Liability

At Complex Carpentry, I prioritise the safety & security of my clients & their property.

I am fully covered by Simple Business Public Liability Insurance, ensuring comprehensive protection for any unexpected incidents.

This coverage provides peace of mind for both you and me, allowing us to focus on delivering high-quality carpentry services with confidence.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Complex Carpentry website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Sean Pearce and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
